June 10, 2026

RCO Law is proud to recognize two of its attorneys for their dedicated service and leadership within the Toledo legal community.

Robert “Bob” Tucker has been elected to serve as President of the Toledo Bar Association, stepping into one of the organization's most prominent leadership roles. In this capacity, he will guide the Association's strategic direction and work to advance access to justice and professional development throughout the region. Tucker brings nearly two decades of active bar participation and is a strong advocate for the TBA, encouraging fellow attorneys to engage in the profession beyond the courtroom.

"I strongly believe in the collegiality and professionalism with which Toledo-area lawyers commonly practice, and feel the TBA plays a large part in fostering that community and ethos. I look forward to my year as TBA President, and hope to leave the Association stronger when I am done," shared Tucker.

Kayla Henderson was re-elected the Toledo Bar Association's Board of Directors, lending her experience and perspective to support hundreds of legal professionals in the Toledo area. Board members play a vital role in shaping programming, initiatives, and policies that serve both attorneys and the communities they represent. Henderson has served in leadership roles on a variety of committees for the TBA including Common Pleas Court, Doctors & Lawyers, Young Lawyers and Professionalism.

"The TBA is uniquely positioned to positively impact the practice of law with its reach, resources, staff, and volunteers. I have enjoyed my time on the Board participating in this process and feel privileged to help sustain the organization through strategic planning and developing ideas that the membership supports. Toledo is a special place to practice law, and I am honored to continue serving in this role," said Henderson.

The Toledo Bar Association has served the legal community of northwest Ohio for over a century, providing education, networking, and advocacy resources to its members. RCO Law congratulates Bob and Kayla on these well-deserved appointments and looks forward to the positive impact they will make through their service.
