Career Opportunities
From professionals to support staff, RCO Law employees enjoy a culture built on respect, balance and sophisticated work in a collegial setting. The Firm offers competitive compensation, benefits and educational opportunities for career growth, while safeguarding a culture that presents work-life balance and consistently high client service.
RCO Law’s Summer Associate Program is offered to law students who have completed their second year of law school. The summer associate experience affords an opportunity to work with attorneys from a cross-section of the Firm’s practice areas, and is the primary means to an entry level attorney position with the Firm.
Opportunities for more experienced lawyers may be available through lateral hires and of counsel arrangements.
Our communities of Toledo, Waterville and Findlay offer affordable housing, easy commutes, exceptional schools and friendly neighborhoods, affording a quality of life not attainable in many larger-market communities.
