Entrance to our parking garage is located on St. Clair Street directly below the Four SeaGate building between Jackson and Adams Streets. It is next door to Trinity Episcopal Church.
As you enter the parking garage, take your ticket, and pull straight ahead until the STOP sign. Proceed with caution! At the STOP sign look carefully to the right since any car coming from the right will not be stopping. Please ease out a little bit at a time before you turn left.
Reserved spaces for RCO LAW are the first three spaces after the first concrete column on the right marked “RESERVED FOR RCO LAW”. If these spaces are full, you can park in any spot that is not marked “RESERVED”. Please bring your parking ticket to our receptionist who will validate your ticket.
Once parked, take the elevator in the center of the garage to the Lobby. The security guard on duty at the Information Desk will help you reach our offices on the ninth floor.
Our main office is located in Downtown Toledo on Summit Street a stone’s throw from the Maumee River and across from the Imagination Station and the Renaissance Hotel. The building is called Four SeaGate and our address is 433 N. Summit Street, Toledo, 43604. Our building is a 10-story, two tower brick office building surrounded by Summit, Jackson, St. Clair and Adams Streets.
