About Kimberly

Kimberly Conklin is an experienced civil litigator with an emphasis on commercial litigation and employment law. For the past 20 years, Kim has represented employers and employees in Federal and State Courts in a variety of cases related to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act; Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA); Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA); Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA); and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

In addition to her work in employment law, Kim represents clients in commercial disputes on matters including contract actions, trade secret disputes, construction claims and professional malpractice.

Prior to earning her law degree from The University of Toledo College of Law, Kim served as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and was a platoon leader and executive officer of Patriot Missile Batteries in Fort Hood and Fort Bliss, Texas.
