About Kimberly

Kimberly Conklin is a member of the Labor and Employment and Litigation practice groups at Robison Curphey & O'Connell in Toledo, Ohio. Prior to joining RCO Law, Kimberly spent 20 years with the Kerger Law Firm where she practiced general and commercial litigation while maintaining a focus on labor and employment matters.

Prior to earning her law degree Kimberly served in the U.S. Army and was a platoon leader and executive officer of Patriot Missile Batteries in Fort Hood and Fort Bliss, Texas. She deployed to the Middle East with her unit as part of Operation Southern Watch in 1995.

Kimberly currently represents employers and employees in both state and federal courts, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Ohio Unemployment Review Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and various other administrative tribunals. Kimberly also advises employers on labor relations matters, drafting and revising employee handbooks and policies, conducting Title VII investigations and auditing workplace policies for compliance and best practices.

Kimberly lives with her husband, Shaun, a Toledo Police detective and her two teenage daughters in Sylvania, Ohio. Her most active roles are currently that of dance mom and softball mom.
