Kimberly A. Conklin, Senior Attorney at RCO Law, dedicates her time outside of work to serving the Sylvania community through her involvement on the Sylvania Board of Education and the Sylvania Community Services Board.

The Sylvania Board of Education serves as the legislative body of the school district, playing a vital role in shaping the quality of public education in the Sylvania area. Kim serves on the Superintendent’s Communications Advisory Committee, as the Board’s representative to the NW Ohio School Boards Association Legislative Committee and is the Ohio Schools Boards Association Student Achievement Representative.

The Sylvania Community Services is a nonprofit overseeing programs such as Sylvania Child Care and the Sylvania Senior Center focused on delivering high-quality support and services for families and older adults. Kim currently serves on the Board’s finance committee and is the co-chair of the 2025 Levy Committee.
