Kevin J. Kenney Joins RCO Law as Of Counsel Attorney

RCO Law welcomes Kevin J. Kenney as Of Counsel to the Firm, practicing in the areas of probate and estate planning, business transactions, and real estate. Kevin, who brings over four decades of sophisticated legal experience, will continue to serve clients from his office in Sylvania, Ohio, bolstering the Firm’s estate planning, real estate and business practice.

Kevin is a board member of the Sylvania Area Chamber of Commerce. He has been very involved with St. Joseph’s Parish of Sylvania; currently serving on the School Endowment Board. He formerly served as Chairman of the Board for Lourdes University. He is a former member of the Toledo Catholic Diocese Endowment Board and the Governing Board for Connecting Kids to Meals. Kevin is currently a member of the Sylvania Area Community Improvement Corporation and Legatus International, an organization of Catholic lay executives. In 2014, Kevin was appointed by the Ohio Supreme Court to the Ohio Board of Bar Examiners where he served ten years writing and grading the contracts question for the Ohio bar exam.

Kevin’s new relationship with RCO Law is of mutual benefit, as it expands legal services available to his clients, while the Firm gains Kevin’s experience and legal acumen, and a new location to better serve clients in Sylvania and western Lucas County.
