Natalie Sullivan Baker is an associate attorney with RCO Law, where she works with clients across the firm’s Business and Corporate, Commercial Litigation, and Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation practice groups. Her practice is grounded in careful legal analysis, clear written advocacy, and a client-centered approach that reflects both strong academic training and a genuine commitment to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal issues.
Natalie assists clients with legal research, drafting, and case development in matters ranging from business transactions and disputes to estate planning and wealth preservation. She is known for her intellectual rigor, attention to detail, and thoughtful communication style. She brings empathy and patience to each client interaction. Clients and colleagues alike value her ability to listen closely, understand the practical and emotional dimensions of a legal problem, and translate technical legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
While in law school, Natalie was a summer associate with the firm where she gained experience working with attorneys across multiple practice areas and developed a strong appreciation for the collaborative, team-based model of a full-service law firm. She continues to benefit from, and contribute to, that collaborative environment, drawing on the depth of experience of her colleagues while building her own practice.
Natalie earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The University of Toledo College of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations with a business minor from Cornell University. At Cornell, she received multiple academic awards recognizing excellence in conflict resolution and legal writing, reflecting early strengths that now inform her work with clients in both transactional and dispute-resolution settings.
Above all, Natalie is motivated by a sincere desire to serve. She approaches the practice of law not only as an intellectual discipline, but as a profession of trust, where careful advocacy and compassion go hand in hand.
