Mya G. Wright

Mya joined RCO Law in 2025 as a summer associate and returned to the firm following her graduation from law school. She is now a member of RCO’s litigation practice group, where she draws on her background in intelligence analysis, criminal justice, and legal research to assist in a variety of litigation matters.

Mya earned her undergraduate degree in Intelligence Analysis from Notre Dame College of Ohio, where she also played softball. Her athletic background instilled in her discipline, teamwork, and a competitive drive that she brings to her practice, giving her a natural competitive edge in litigation.

During law school at The University of Toledo, Mya was a published author and member of the Toledo Law Review. She also gained valuable hands-on experience with the Wood County Prosecutor’s Office, where she had the opportunity to speak on the record and assist in drafting appellate merit briefs. Additionally, she interned with the Toledo Police Department’s Criminal Intelligence Section, collecting and analyzing crime data and preparing statistical reports and maps to identify crime patterns and trends in the city.

As a lifelong member of the Toledo community, Mya is proud to build her legal career in the region she calls home. She looks forward to using her legal education and professional experience to serve clients throughout Northwest Ohio and give back to the community that has played such an important role in shaping her.
