Jeanne E. Weiss, R.N., BS

Jeanne provides comprehensive medical legal consultant and nurse paralegal services for RCO Law and its clients. Her work is critical to the firm’s thriving Health Care Practice Group, supporting medical malpractice defense and personal injury defense matters.

As part of her responsibilities, Jeanne assists with case organization, preparing clients and attorneys for hearings, depositions, interviews, and meetings. She also gathers and reviews medical records and prepares complex medical chronologies – significant documentation that is crucial to preparing medical malpractice cases. Her solid organizational skills and collaborative nature garner respect from clients and colleagues.

Jeanne became a registered nurse in 1991 and gained practical clinical experience in hospitals and physician offices in our community before becoming a paralegal in 1995.
