About David
During his law practice of more than 40 years, David has developed extensive experience in business and commercial law. He serves as counsel to large, mid-size, and small corporations and limited liability companies advising managers and owners on the complexities of organizational and transactional issues.
David is a valued resource for established clients, and new clients, who rely upon his business acumen and sound judgment. His expertise includes Article 2 (sales contracts) and Article 9 (secured transactions) of the Uniform Commercial Code, along with small business formation, insolvency, and creditors’ rights.
David is respected by his peers and colleagues who acknowledge his commitment to excellence and his knowledge of business and corporate law matters. Active in the community and generous with his time, David has written and lectured on legal writing; business ethics; board recruitment, role clarity, and legal obligations; and commercial and business law issues.

Commercial Law
- David works closely with clients in negotiating all types of business arrangements, including supply and distribution arrangements, manufacturing agreements, and many other types of commercial transactions. He also represents clients in commercial and business litigation.

- David advises shareholders, directors, partners, and owners on the organizational and transactional issues confronting small, medium-sized, and multinational corporations, partnerships, limited liability entities, and other business entities.
