New Corporate Transparency Act Topic of Waterville Chamber Meeting

Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation Attorneys Paul Croy and Marissa Fitzpatrick will speak to the membership of the Waterville Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, October 17, at 11:30 a.m. at Shawn's Irish Tavern, 105 S. Third Street. The meeting topic is especially important for small business owners. Marissa will share information on the new Corporate Transparency Act which becomes effective on January 1, 2024. Paul will join in with the "Top Ten Dos and Don'ts for Businesses".
