KATHRYN M. MOHR, MEMBER

        Kathryn M. Mohr is a partner with RC&O and has extensive experience in agribusiness, corporate and commercial law, estate planning and real estate. She is licensed to practice in both Michigan and Ohio.  

        Kathryn was born and raised on a farm in southeastern Michigan and is married to Mark Prielipp, who is a farmer and partner with Prielipp Farms & Greenhouse in Britton Michigan, a fourth generation farming business. They grow corn, soybean and wheat crops as well as a variety of produce. A greenhouse operation grows a full line of annual and perennial plants.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

  Agriculture. With a background in agriculture, Kathryn understands the complexities and issues facing farmers and has provided services and counseling tailored to their specific needs. She has experience in contract negotiation, real estate, conflict resolution, estate planning and succession planning.  

       Corporate and Commercial Law. Kathryn advises shareholders, directors, partners, and owners in corporate and entity governance, business succession and planning issues and capital transactions.

        Estate Planning. Kathryn assists clients in their estate planning wishes for their property distributions while at the same time reducing or eliminating taxes and probate administration to the extent possible.

       
Real Estate.
  Kathryn provides services in all phases of buying, selling and leasing of farms, residential, vacation and commercial real estate.
