Paul E. Croy is a partner with RC&O and has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning, business transactions and real estate.
He is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and administration for community and professional groups and served as an adjunct instructor at Northwest State Community College for 10 years.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Family Farms. Paul advises family farm clients on issues involving estate planning and administration, succession planning, business structure and real estate transactions.
Estate Planning and Administration.
Paul assists clients in developing plans for the orderly and economical transfer of accumulated wealth and business interests to family members both during life and at death. In addition, Paul assists fiduciaries, such as executors and trustees in the administration of probate estates and trusts.
Business Transactions and Formations.
Paul advises clients in the formation and governance of business entities such as partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, as well as transactions involving the acquisition or sale of business assets or interests.
Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Paul represents clients, both individual and corporate, in all phases of residential and corporate real estate transactions.
