W. David Arnold is a partner with RCO who has extensive experience in business and commercial law. He is principal outside counsel to several corporations and limited liability companies, and he advises individuals and entities on a wide range of business and commercial issues.

        David has been practicing since 1974. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Georgia and in numerous U.S. Courts of Appeal, District Courts, and Bankruptcy Courts. He has written and lectured on legal writing, business and commercial law, federal court practice, and ethics.

        David earned his undergraduate and law degrees, both with honors, from the University of Michigan.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

        Business and Commercial Law. David represents business people and business organizations, including start up and established companies, providing legal and business advice in a wide variety of settings. His particular areas of expertise include commercial matters covered by Article 2 or 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, contracts, business formation, and insolvency.
